How
it works?
Design:
The
soul and heart of our
fabrication program is our
design software, which allow you
to participate and see in 3-D
your parts or assemblies before
the metal is cut. The program
also generates the dimensions
for the blanks fabrication to
the material physical
properties.

Cutting:
After
all designs are completed, the
electronic files are transferred
with the measurements to the
state of the art computer
control Waterjet cutting system.
Precision of the equipment is
.003 inch. Cutting
envelope for this equipment is
5' x 10'. This Waterjet system
can cut easily through 3"
stainless steel. Eliminating human
intervention from the cutting
operation allow for great saving
in time, increase precision and
decrease cost.

Metal
Bending:
The
same electronic file created
during the design stage is feed
in to the bending machine. This
Brake press has 120 tons and 10
foot capacity. Is 6 axis computer
control with .0004 inch
repeatability.
